Tiffany is a cellist with extensive experience in solo, chamber, and orchestral performance. She has performed in competitions and concerts across New Zealand. She achieved the national highest score in her ABRSM exam and received a seven-year music scholarship at St Cuthbert’s College.
She has won competitions including SAPACS (South Auckland Performing Arts Competition), the NSPAS (North Shore Performing Arts Society), and was a National semifinalist in both the New Zealand Chamber Music Contest and the PACANZ Young Performers Competition and a finalist at KBB Young Performers Competition.
Tiffany holds Trinity LTCL performance diplomas in Cello, having studied under Coral Bognuda (former head of music at the University of Auckland), She has performed with the New Zealand Youth Orchestra and Bach Musica. She also has over ten years of teaching experience, working with students in cello, piano, and music theory.
In addition to classical performance, Tiffany has contributed to community music as a Choir and Church accompanist and she shares her own music on YouTube. She is fluent in English and Korean and brings this perspective to her teaching and collaborations.
